Fabrication Services

Our fabrication and finishing services include numerous capabilities to suit an array of industries and applications. Some projects may require only one or two processes in isolation, but most of our clients utilize our full range of fabrication and finishing services to create their custom parts.

 

Small runs or large quantities are no issue, and we excel at difficult or unusual designs. Our state-of-the-art FinnPower and Amada turret punches along with our TRUMPF Trulaser 2030 or brand-new Flow Mach 200 waterjet quickly cut the pieces needed. Skilled brake operators add bends from accurate CAD drawings. We install high-quality hardware into the product. Both MIG and TIG welding are available, and our finishes are many—from the simplicity of brushed or grained metal, to corrosion protective coatings like chromate, alodine, and TCP, to flawlessly applied wet paint and powder coating. Quality is managed throughout each phase of production and guaranteed upon delivery.

Silkscreening and additional assembly completes the process. We can silkscreen complicated small parts, unusual shapes, or parts with tight tolerances. All our fabrication and finishing services are customizable to your specifications, and remember—if you need help with your drawings, our engineers and programmers are here for you! We even employ highly skilled engineering interns for projects with tight budgets—overseen and approved by a lead licensed professional engineer.
